| - A bit too much like high school. I'm from UTSG but came here for a summer course so this campus feels tiny to me. Pros of that are that travel time between classes is minimal and classes/buildings are easy to find. Food is cheaper here than in UTSG, but it's like an island so if you want to get off campus, walking is not an option. Downside is that there's only 1 (super loud) library (UTSG has 30+) and you see the same people over and over again, which is quite uncomfortable. People here all seem to know each other, have cliques/groups, and the same profs teach many different courses, so you don't get to enjoy the anonymity that is present in big campuses.
Overall, pretty good. I like seeing the deer run around on campus. Facilities like the gym and swimming pool look nice. The buildings are modern and there are lots of outlets in the rooms. Stuff is close by and easy to access. If you're looking for a comfortable, easy, not-too-drastically-different university experience, this would be it. But for those of you who want university to be a new chapter of your life, a major change in environment, and a completely different experience, this would not be the place to go. A big bonus is that free MiWay pass and much lower incidental fees. That being said though, I personally am happy that I chose UTSG over UTM; its the difference between small country town vs. big city life. You wouldn't know the difference unless you've experienced it and coming back is just suffocating.
