  • First experience at a specialist and so glad we chose VNC! Before we even showed up, the front desk staff showed how phenomenal they are. They were very proactive about collecting Callie's history from various hospitals before she was seen for a consult, MRI, and CSF tap. Dr. Plummer was incredible and informative, though a little rushed at times, but he made up for it by showing myself and my twin sister(both 2nd year veterinary students) around the hospital and seemed eager to teach us what he could in that short time. Their facilities are very clean and the imaging equipment is inherently impressive. He also introduced us to some of the other doctors, which I appreciated. By the end of the day, when we returned to pick up Callie, everyone knew her name and multiple doctors and staff greeted and pet Callie when they saw her walk down the hall back toward us. Additionally, given any specialty bill is going to be a big one, he gave us a 25% discount because we're veterinary students! I couldn't thank him enough. Callie left with a good prognosis which only increased my respect and appreciation of their business.
