I've never used Honda West's service department for anything before, but recently I bought a Honda from them and they sent me a pretty good coupon for an oil change so I decided to give them a try. I called ahead of time on a Saturday to make an appointment for an oil change and was informed that they do not make appointments for oils changes and to use the express lane . When you use the express lane at Honda you have to wait in line in your car. Someone came up to me when I pulled into line and said someone would be with me shortly . After a 30 minute wait I asked if there was a way to wait inside instead of in my hot car wasting gas. He told me to do that I had to make an appointment . I explained to him that I was told that it wasn't an option for oil changes and he said I was misinformed . I left and made the first available appointment . When I arrived for my appointment they told me the person my appointment with was gone for the day and that I would have to wait for the next available person . So once again I had to wait in my hot car wasting gas . I eventually just left . I went to jiffy lube and was in and out quickly . I will not go back
