  • This is the place to take your car in Charlotte. They are very busy so make sure you save yourself a trip and call ahead to make an appointment. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. The first time I took my BMW here they could not read the diagnostic, (BMW changes the codes periodically so you are forced to take it to a dealer). There was no charge, I was shocked. How kind is that?! I promised Gino that he would eventually get my money, owning a BMW. A few months later my brakes needed to be replaced BMW wanted around $950 and Gino did it for $400. He was also able to fix an emissions problem that the dealership attempted to fix unsuccessfully. Very trustworthy, knowledgable and earnest- all things that you want in a mechanic. I feel very lucky that I found this place!
