  • The office staff at Carmel Commons Dental warranted my first and only yelp review ever. I have never been spoken to in such a rude and unprofessional manner in a doctors office and/or medical setting in all my life. I called inquiring about some pain on a tooth that had been previously worked on. Whomever Sharon is (thankfully I didn't have the pleasure of meeting her in person, as our lovely telephone conversation was enough for me) should not be allowed to work within any field of customer service. She was essentially talking over me, yelling and told me I was confused about when I needed to see the doctor. The only thing I asked was their policy on previous work that was causing problems and I asked if I could please come after 5pm, and that I was willing to wait for an appointment to make it work with my schedule. If you have any dental concerns, I recommended going anywhere else. The administrative staff is a vital part of your business, and Carmel Commons Dental is failing, miserably as you can see by the rest of their reviews very similar to my own.
