rev:text	What's the point of a quote if it's not even close the price when they show up? I cancelled my plans to wait for the tec (who was nice & professional) but then tried to charge me $120 MORE than my original quote. He explained that it was my make & model.... But isn't that the reason you enter your make and model during the quoting process? So total waste of time...and I'll go with the competitor that actually honors the price they give you. Scam.
