  • Yesterday a friend and I purchased 3 pattern and all the necessary materials for our projects. The Butterick patterns were on sale for $1.99 each. Neither of us realized the sizes were not separated within the pattern style. Consequently, we both purchased wrong sizes. Today I went to exchange the patters for the correct size. I was told by the cashier instead of paying $1.99 for each pattern, they would cost 11.99 each as they were no longer on sale. I explained I was only needing to change the size. She said I still had to pay the new price. I chose to return the patters for a refund and not repurchase the patterns. My friend and I now have all the fabrics for our projects but no patters. This is very poor customer service in my opinion. I will strongly consider buying online or visiting other stores for future needs.
