  • my gf was looking to get her hair done so we called and they squeezed us in on a fri .took my gf here to get her hair done and the ladies here were great. 3 of them greeted us soon as we walked in asked if we wanted water... etc made us feel comfortable. the ladies started working on my gfs hair quickly. Nikki was great and very friendly, she did a great job. she didn't just sit her down and go at it she took the time to get to know my gf as well as I made sure to remember our names "is this ok Ana" "is the blower too hot Ana" "Juston were almost done " being here I saw that the stylists in this shop build relationships with their clients they don't just see dollar signs like most places. every girl was friendly and helpful the customer service alone deserves 5 stars but their work is great as well. we received the $10 off for checking in for first timers my gf was very happy with her new hair do. she showed them what she wanted and they made her hair look s close as possible without damaging her hair from bleaching. she loves her new hair and we will definitely be coming back. a couple guys got their hair done while I was waiting and the ladies did a great job. overall a great experience I highly recommend girls and guys to come to NY Hair. if your looking for a new salon and a stylist who cares go to NY Hair.
