  • Had an old treadmill and the belt slipped while using. Have never had an occasion to hire an in-home exercise equipment technician. We found Charlie and Fixness Equipment on Yelp. He was very courteous, fast, helpful and gave us tips on maintenance. He is reliable and accommodated our busy schedule. He was able to diagnose the problem with a phone call and photos sent over by text. We actually pre-paid for the part through an invoice sent via email during the first phone call. While hesitant at first, there were no issues. In about a week the part had come in and we scheduled a time for him to come over, with a one hour call ahead. If anything is wrong with your fitness equipment, we do hesitate in recommending him.
