| - This place is a Best Buy with all the sound, technology, appliances, etc that we've all come to expect from Best Buy.
As this is the closest Best Buy to me, I happen to go here quite frequently. USUALLY, the service is perfectly good, although I'd never say great. There have been too many times when I've need help with something, wanted to ask about a product, or wanted to ask where I could find a certain product and all the employees were busy socializing, putting up new displays, helping others, etc.
With that being said, I went here last week and ordered a TV, and the guy that helped me in the TV department (forgot his name, but tall, skinny with glasses) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things TVs.
I also wanted to mention to that if you are in the market for something, find it on Amazon.com first and see if its cheeper there, if so, Best Buy will gladly match any lower price on any of its products. All you have to do is show them the product on your smart phone and they will gladly reduce the price to match the lower price.
Finally, no review of this Best Buy would be complete if I didn't mention the heinous parking situation in and around the MET. Its kind of unfair to deduct stars for that bc it applies to every store and business in the MET, but the fact remains, if I go there less bc the thought of parking makes me want to stick machetes in my eyes, then well...you get the point - 3 stars.
