  • I signed up for the 3 day visitors pass to just check this place out. My middle son and a friend from work belong here and suggested it, so we were gonna play basketball. Upon getting there (basketball shoes in my hand) I was immediately met by 3 different people rushing me to sign in on the computer and hand over my ID. Once they left (with my ID) I had 2 women come over and usher me back to some computers. I gave my shoes to my son and one of the ladies said she would bring to the basketball court after our tour. So I take the nickel tour and the lady says she wants to go over the pricing options. At this point I was pretty impressed with the facility but the basketball courts were cramped. So the girl starts asking what I like in a gym and I mention basketball, the manager who just happened to be with us when I gave my shoes to my son, proceeds to tell me the 3 day pass doesn't include basketball. I asked why and she said I can use the rest of the gym just not basketball. So my tour guide, whose breath smelled like big foots %%%%, asked me which package is like to purchase for my membership. What happened to a 3 day pass??? I told her I wasn't ready to commit and since I can't play basketball I just wanna grab my shoes from my son and head home. I managed seemed annoyed and told my tour guide to escort me to the gym while I get my shoes. I found this pretty funny, what was I gonna do steal a basketball??? So I get my shoes and then the girl says "we can let you play basketball but it costs $25" Are you f'n kidding me????? You want me to pay $25 to play on a court that's about half the size of a normal court and you just treated me like I got fired from a job and was being asked to gather my belongings before I was escorted out. Needless to say, I will not be joining this gym. Don't offer passes with limitations, how the hell can I tell if I like the place if you treat me like I'm in Shawshank. So for my tour guide, invest in some mints. For the manager, if you're gonna sell a product you need to let people try it out a little. I give it 2 stars because it was very nice but the customer service was awful. Just FYI I'm not some crazy teen looking to get a 3 day free pass cause I'm broke. I'm retired from one job and am now working on pension #2 as the Director of Operations for a large company in LV. Treat people better because I would have referred my friends and co-workers who are all within 15 minutes of there
