  • I was told it would take 90 min for my car to be detailed. I decided to wait instead of having someone pick me up. No problem, I can find enough things to do to keep my busy for that long. At two hours I asked for an update at which point they told me it would be another hour. Why wouldn't they have told me a more accurate time or at least updated me when the time was longer than originally quoted? Terrible service and will not return.
