  • Avis charged me an entire day, $78 for being 3 hours late returning the car for a medical emergency. I had all the hospitals paperwork to prove it. These people ONLY care about their money. I hate this company and hope it goes OUT OF BUSINESS ! I will NEVER do business with this shitttty company again!!
