I love the Y. This is hands down the best place to exercise. The staff are so friendly and consistently say hello and goodbye every time I go. Weight room staff even offer to help you lift or give you a form check. I love the diversity of people that work out there from the young adults who play basketball and volleyball, to the kids learning karate, to the senior citizens in aqua fit classes. It honestly feels like a home away from home where everyone smiles at you and encourages you. For specifics: the weight room is decent and has two squat racks. Go around 9pm when it's less busy. There is a track on the top floor and there's tons of classes to try like hatha yoga. The change rooms are clean and there are two pools. I'm there 3 to 4 times a week so say hello if you see me!
