  • My salesman, Ken, was knowledgeable and professional. My trouble began after the sale with delivery and customer care. I was escalated all the way to the corporate office and it was clear that I held no value to them as a customer. I have more furniture to buy for my new home and although I was fond of the selection in this store, I will not put myself through dealing with the delivery and customer care departments again.
