  • AWEFUL company. Do not even bother paying $43.50 application fee with this company. They will decline you in a few hours and state it is illegal for them to tell you the reason why you were declined. I paid $87 total for myself & co-applicant. Within a few hours they said they had to pass on our application. How can they make a decision without actually processing the application. I know my credit is fine(I just ran my report), clean background, job history is good. I've never been declined for a rental. Obviously this place is just trying to collect money for applications prior to renting the home or something. 10824 E. Arcadia was the house I placed an application for in case your looking.
