  • This is a very bizarre medical office....they NEVER answer their phones. When you call there is just an automated message and hold music. I held for over an hour before I realized they were not going to pick up! When I went in for my appointment I told the office staff about the phone situation. They looked very annoyed that I would mention the problem and said they had a new phone system that was the problem. Two days later I called again and got the same result. How can you run a Dr. office without phones???
