Went in here to merge our accounts. I had their premier plus checking for years. I specifically inquired, if we merge our accounts under his name will the premier checking perks (mostly fee free) still qualify. Yes, yes, yes...
4 months later fees on all of our accounts. Numerous Phone calls, and visits later the ''promotional account" I signed up for is no longer available and we're sorry but the CR misinformed you." That's cute, but I shouldn't be paying for her misinformation/mistake.
That teller's misinformation has cost me so much moneywise and in time spent making calls and going in there to debate fees. It's like my second job. And now, if you aren't on an account but want to deposit money, say into your kids account, they won't allow it. I think they hate seeing me walk in as much as I hate going. This banking relationship rivals those bad boyfriend scenes from long ago...I stayed way longer than I should have.... because ...it's a royal pain to go re-do all my direct deposits and online bill pays...ugh
I'm sure there's a little credit union down the street who's tellers know wth product they're selling. This is a 1% joint anyway. Living large off those ridiculous banking fees courtesy of their inept service and procrastinating customers like me....I'm leaving for real this time...lol
