  • I wish I could give this store zero stars. I am so sad that this store ended up being such a big part of my wedding memories. The employees don't give you any time to enjoy picking your dress, it is clear they only care about making the sale. The employees are very pushy. I felt like I couldn't have a real experience because I was too busy getting pushed into trying expensive things that I didn't need. Every time I would ask my friends what they thought, an employee would chime in with their strong opinion. They also are not up front with their policies and alteration prices. When trying on the dress I wanted, they kept telling me it was okay it was big because the alterations department would fix it, they never told me it would cost over $300! Although I found the perfect wedding dress, dealing with this store has been a nightmare and an endless fight. My advice is to buy your wedding dress on their website, then you can have your dream dress without the headache!
