| - Not great. I know what exceptional service is and this place was very disappointing. I never like to hear, "we would like to help you but we can't." The reason they can't help is because I drive manual only cars. To me, this is lazy. I already bought my car from them but the power is lacking. To me, this sounds like the perfect opportunity for the sales team to jump on this, more power means, usually, more money. Yet, in this case, they let me leave with the sad feeling of knowing I don't like the car I'm in and I'm not worth the time to find a car I would love. Now, if you asked me how my buying experience was the first time, I would say it was great! I got the payment I needed and got out of my other lease just fine. Now, I'm back looking for help since my situation had changed and I can now look at getting a better vehicle for myself.
I have the right to be a little choosey, as does anyone who is looking for purchasing an item that requires you to spend more than you usually do on normal, everyday, goods. In this case, because I already spent my money with them, they now look at me, in my opinion, as if they don't need to do anything more. If this is the kind of service you are wanting, then please purchase your next vehicle here. If not, please go to a place where you know you can be treated with respect, decency, and of value.
