I received the message below from Jane P. who claimed to be a fellow Yelper although her only review is of this business and has since been filtered. Thank you, Jane, because your review just went down to 1 star. If you spent more time trying to improve your customers' experience instead of lying to them and insulting them, maybe your business would be better.
"I am a yelper too, but for God sake don't put bad taste in people mouth about yelp. It is a good tool to post reviews but yelper like yourself who fails to articulate their adverse experience eloquently just make other yelpers lose their credibility and reputation as an elite. Please do us all a favor and don't rant pathetically but rather state your opinion more intellectually and adequately. After all we all want to stay in for the perks for long run.
