Been to this place every day for the past 4 days. With a group of 4-7 people. The service was awesome everyday as well as the food...
Today we arrived and they were out of at least 8 items. We ordered blue moons for the entire party yet 5-7 minutes after the server came back and said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the draft beer.?!?! How hard is it to change the keg?
Some of our food was decent but our soup came out tasting like cheap nachos.. strangely enough...
The server was a nice dude he tried his best but the execution was garbage...he forgot two of our items so we had to reorder...not a big deal.
A runner brought over an item that was supposedly out of stock to our table and then another runner took it away....confusing us
We ordered 90$ worth of food btw
At this point we asked the manager to come over and talk to us.. we are from the industry, all corporate managers, chefs, It.... 60 years experience plus. So we were very nice and just brought to her attention these issues...she apologized and said they were experiencing a lot higher business than usual. No problem...we kept enjoying dinner with good conversation and a couple of beers
We ordered the churrasco
This is where things got bad. They brought over what looked like an unfinished plate...it was suppose to bring two sides and rice and instead t was just rice. When we asked why there were no sides they said they were out but st no time did the server or manager offer us substitutions or comps for the out of stock items...

The worst part is that when we talked to the manager again......she responded by saying that she had already messaged her gm...she said she was a marketing manager what type of marketing manager allows this type of product to go out to guests who already complained. She was in the expo window when that came out. Not to mention it wasn't churrasco it was skirt steak. Our server didn't even inform us that that would be what we would be getting...tasted horrible as well....
The manager said she didn't know they ran out ? Seriously guys? You need to take care of your guests...I come from the service industry and I take care of my fuck ups. It doesn't take much to comp a couple items or actually genuinely apologize and offer a solution. Instead she just told us that she that she told her GM and that she agreed with us, like okay and what? What are you going to do to make up for all these inconveniences ?
She took the churrasco off the bill but nothing else.
The server was a nice dude and the manager seemed okay ...but this was just ridiculous. We are never returning again. It's sad because a couple of days ago a manager dropped business cards for us all...not thanks man, this is how you take care of guests? That have spent hundreds of dollars consistently for almost a whole week.
I don't want anyone to contact me I don't want anything for free. Just get a grip on your service.
We were charged for the entire bill, except the churrasco, nothing was done to make up for the lack of items or the lack of competence by not being able to provide the beers we ordered....
Or informing us that we wouldn't get the items we ordered...very frustrating. No comps for the meal or offer to fix things.
I'm done I'm just getting more frustrated...taking about it...very sad.
