I was involved in a fatal car accident where a motorcyclist ran into me going over 100 mph. I've had great experiences with the claims rep, Stephanie Yanez. However, the experience with claims adjuster Carrie Nichols has been less than desirable. Not only did I have to pay for my own deductible, and HOPE that I eventually get reimbursed, but now I'm being told that part of the damage to my car won't be paid for which amounts to approximately $300 (which is for the two rear windows that were in the process of being rolled down as the accident happened). The odds of both windows breaking simultaneously WITHOUT being involved in an accident would be astronomical. I've contacted other carriers to compare rates. The $12 per month I save to stay with Geico, to give me peace of mind that should another accident occur leaves me to wonder if my car is completely fixed in At this point i have no faith in the adjuster and yet to receive call back from adjuster supervisor 24+ hours later. Saving $12.00 a month is not worth it anymore the time and energy any longer.
Think twice before going with them, they offer low rates and fail to deliver when needed
