  • Sugar overload. JinJu is a great addition to the Rainbow South area which has been bringing it with good food, coffee, and now this great little dessert spot. Walking in you can tell you will get lost in trying to figure out how you plan to pack in the calories with a HUGE assortment of chocolates, pastries, and cookies. I tried an almond croissant, a small hazelnut chocolate, and a chocolate chip cookie. All were delicious, i mean its really hard to complain about sweets, but you can tell they were made with care and high quality ingredients. I would say that it isn't the kind of place i would come often since its not the cheapest option for a dessert $2 for a small chocolate, but its a special treat on occasion. What i would do is say its a great alternative to the generic edible arrangements, cracker/cheese baskets, etc that people send for corporate gifts. They have plenty of options that are not only delicious but also present VERY well for a perfect client gift, or corporate "thank you" that anyone would look forward to receiving. On an additional note, the young Filipino girl that assisted me the night i came in was super pleasant and her personable attitude will have me return with that alone.
