  • Walked in at around 8am on a Monday morning..not feeling well. As soon as i walked in the door, the woman at the desk kept saying how can i help you, As if i was gonna explain from across the room??? She was loud and rude. There were a couple other ppl sitting there so i tried to use my "inside" voice in hopes she would tone it down...but no. She goes on to ask for my insurance as i try to explain i did not have my card with me but i had blah blah blah ins. It was like she was only interested in hearing her own voice, cutting me off and talking over me...asking for cash payment. Then suggested i should go to another urgent care that might have my ins info avail. huh??? This place is like the dmv of urgent care....and that woman (long dark hair, phllipino looking) should get out of the medical field ASAP. Her manner and intelligence are better suited for, say a mechanics office. Whats that? oh mechanics dont have front offices...EXACTLY.
