  • Smith's used to be our go-to grocery store that provided great customer service. Not so much anymore. Today, I tried to purchase some items they had advertised (about 9 am mind you), and they were out. I asked for rain-checks and I was told that I could get 1 for one of the items but not for the other. The cashier checked with a manager and was told that since the items came in everyday, they were limited supplies and could not offer the rain-check. Remember, the item arrives everyday and they are gone by 9 am! Keep up the good work and alienate your customer base.
