  • If you don't read anything else on my review, make sure you request Deliah for your next appointment. I have been going to this location for over a year now and I absolutely love it! I buy the wax pass and get free waxes every time. Lately, I have been going to Deliah and she is awesome. I get a Brazilian and she makes me feel comfortable the whole time. She also is very quick and her work is clean. Other than her being great at what she does, Deliah also is very personable. She remember pasts conversations and events that have happened in my life. Most people wouldnt necessarily enjoy going to get waxed but it is more bearable when the staff is friendly and personable. I would definitely ask for Deliah for your service. The facilities is always clean. Their technicians clean the table after every person, starting when you get up from the table. They use a new stick every time they make contact to skin. Bathrooms are also always clean and fresh. As for sales and products..they are going to try to get you to buy something. I haven't experienced the pushy sales like others have said but put yourself in their shoes. Their job is to sell and meet daily sales goals. Call me a sucker but I actually use their body scrub and ingrown hair serum and it works great! It helps keep your skin smooth and free of bumps from waxing. So give them a break if they ask you if you need any products and consider using them in your daily routine to get the best waxing experience.
