Terrible.
"Lost" THREE of my Blue Apron deliveries in a row 1st) said the package was too damaged to deliver 2nd) failed to deliver on correct day and said it would be too spoiled to deliver to me the next day and 3rd) tracking said it was delivered to lobby but it was not. When I emailed about it, they said to contact Blue Apron and there was nothing they could do.
None of these issues EVER happened with Blue Apron before they started using LaserShip. Blue Apron refunded my $ for the first two and I am still waiting to hear back from them on the 3rd, which I'm also not happy about but I have faith they will come through. I am canceling my Blue Apron account until they stop using LaserShip.
