Disservice to the Marriott brand name. I stayed at this hotel with a platinum guest who spends more than 150 nights a year at Marriott, but he was almost embarrassed by the things we experienced here. No water in the room, night duty staff fast asleep on the sofa watching TV. No tea available in the room, on asking all we get is a shrug of the shoulder and asked to take tea bags from the lobby. The black tea in the lobby was over and on asking the "friendly" receptionist said this is all we have and you can have more in the morning. Come back from a tiring night out, grab something from the night market only to be rudely told that we did not give a credit card for incidentals (we did as he found out after 10 mins of sleepily tapping the keyboard) icing on top room key cards no longer worked so another ten minutes for that, no apologies nothing. Can't believe this is a Marriott, that too in the city where service is usually a given.. My advise, try another hotel!
