  • Stayed here a few years ago when it was The Quad and it was a disaster. However, since they remodeled & renamed i decided to give it another try... Checking in was a little long (30ish min) but its Vegas so that's expected. Or room got upgraded "because we're locals" to a little suite which was very cool of them to do (I'm assuming that is because i used the same email for my shitty quad review and they were trying to wow me) The parking structure is awful but its always been awful and it always will be, so get over that. Got up to the room, or was very nice, great view. Got changed and ready & then went out. The next morning we noticed the greasy handprints on the windows, like more than one set, like window sex handprints. Not judging the sexers, definitely judging the housekeeping....& they were on both sets of windows.... also, my sheets were stained with poop colored crusty shit that did not come from my ass and i dont sleep with shoes on so it had to have already been there. I'd probably stay there again as it wasnt as horrible as the first but they need to step up their housekeeping game.
