  • I have never felt so disappointed with a nail salon before ! I got my nails done here about a week ago with a woman who obviously wasn't good at her job because I got a full set of nails and they ALL CAME OUT!!!! I dont even understand how this happened I always get my nails done here and they usually last about 3 weeks. I was obviously upset about the situation so I called them today to let them know if I could come and see if there was something we could do hoping that they could have some respect about the situation. I went and when I told them what happened and when I showed them there were only two nails that were still there (the two thumbs) and those two nails were obviously not even grown in or anything. they started looking at me and LAUGHING? Talking in their language and looking at me.. I was so confused they told me that I had to pay for a new full set (60$) and This obviously upset me and I asked her why I had to pay the whole amount if I could at least pay half and they told me no knowing I always came here. They were Being super rude and disrespectful. As I was about to leave I told them they sucked and one of the women started yelling in her language !! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.
