  • I would still say Dr. Allen is great and I insist on only working with her now. The facility is usually very clean (although today, it wrecked of dog urine). The front staff is very polite but I think a few issues still exist. Important information does not print out on their reports and they are a bit misleading (deceptive?) in their stated rates. So for example, if you are taking your pet for any type of surgery, say a teeth cleaning or spay/neuter, and they quote you a price, ask specifically, "Does that include labs and anesthesia, are there ANY OTHER COSTS?" You may be shocked to know the price can nearly double with added, extra, unstated costs but your shock upfront is probably better than your shock when you get the bill as an unsuspecting customer.
