  • Contacted cookson about my garage door opening and closing on its own and was told that the receiver boards go bad . Purchased a new receiver board from cookson and was told that that would resolve my problem. Well it did not and when I contacted them about returning the receiver board and then purchasing from them a whole new lift master unit, they said they would not refund or credit us for the receiver board . Bad bussiness in my mind. Guess they don't need my money or any future referrals, Very disappointed!
