Great place to get fitted for some proper running kicks.
I have been a very casual runner for a while, but then I did this silly thing where I signed up for a triathlon. So now I am running and training on a consistent basis, so I decided to grab some shoes that would help me avoid injury. I always used to just go into a Big 5 and buy whatever running shoe had awesome colors and was on sale. I admit my past mistakes, but I am here now to atone, right?
Popped in on a Saturday morning and I was instantly greeted. The young lady helped me figure out what type of shoe I should be looking for depending on how much I am running. I had my feet analyzed on the treadmill and then it was off to find some running shoes. She had me try on several different pairs, discussed the pros and cons, and had me run around in them. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite.
I left with a pair of Saucony's and I am quite pleased with them. She suggested that I run on an indoor track with them in the next 10 days as I could exchange them within that time frame if needed. But since we were pretty exhaustive in finding a solid pair of shoes, I have had some of the best runs in a while in my new shoes.
