| - I had a Hallowedding 10.30.15 at Wedgewood - and being from Chicago, I was hard set on having my wedding in Las Vegas, but didn't know where. When we found Wedgewood, I knew that it was my place! All I have to say is EXCELLENT. The wedding coordinators (Megan, Jackie and Alex) were by far the friendliest, nicest and understanding people you could ever meet. I'm glad I had a great team helping me along the way. You first get a wedding binder full of everything you need to know, they schedule follow up calls with you, you work with local vendors to get your services and then you have your wedding day and it's perfect! My wedding day was flawless - the weather was great. Wanda Tracey, the officiant married us. She was lovely. We had DJ Harry knock our party music out of the water. Everyone had a great time. Scott was our Banquet Captain - he was a doll! Everything me and my husband needed, he took care of us and asked my parents the entire time if everything was ok. The food is spectacular and the room we were in was just perfect. We had roughly 50 or so people. The DJ did take our picture when we were at the altar and put it in a small frame for us when we sat down for dinner. It was just a special touch. I would recommend this venue for anyone looking to marry in Vegas, but don't want the crazy Vegas feel that most people think of when you say "Vegas." I recommend using all of their suggested vendors. I used Stephen Salazar Photography - we took tons of gorgeous pics on the golf course. Stevie Daniel did my hair and make up, and the cake and florist did a beautiful job. I wish I could do my wedding all over again because I felt that there was just not enough time. I did use my own invitation vendor and didn't stay with the hotel, but that's the beauty that you can customize your package. I had the Emerald package and it was everything we could need and more! My guests still cannot stop talking about how wonderful everything was.
