  • I responded to a handwritten note that was left on my front door on a Monday. I called Daniel and explained I was having multiple issues with my pool and we agreed he would come to my house between 2 & 4 pm that Thursday. At 4:30 Thursday afternoon I called Daniel and said he would call back shortly with a time he or someone else could come by. He didn't call back until Friday mid-afternoon and asked if I still wanted him to come by; I informed him I had contacted another company. He responded "no worries" and our conversation ended. Needless to say, I will never contact CMK Pools again for anything pool related.
