  • I did a lot of research and knew the rims and tires I wanted. Element Wheels had the best price and by far the best knowledge. A local dealer was going to charge me almost double of what I purchased them for. As far as customer service, I had a family pass away while I had partially paid and waiting for them because they were on back order. When my rims and tires were available I was unable to pay for a couple weeks due to funeral costs. They were very understanding and held my product until I had the money again. Once paid they were at my door in two business days and my car rides better on my new rims and tires than the stock BMW set.
