  • I go to get my new phone I pre-ordered online. Agent says "wow you have been a customer for 12 years". He informs me that even though I am buying my phone, My bill will go up by $15 / month. I say I'm not willing to pay that and I am going to go elsewhere. He basically says ok. I am now with AT&T.
