Horrendous customer service. They were supposed to arrive from 9am-11am. Got here at 2:45pm to set up the tv mount. They placed it too high.
They also didn't have time to put up the shelves as they forgot to schedule that time into the appointment. It's fine to make me wait 4 hours after the time they were suposed to be here, but it's not fine to stay an extra 20 minutes to finish the job? They scheduled 1.5 hours to install the tv mount alone. It took 25 minutes. And they won't use the additional hour to set up the shelves.
To top it off, the manager I was speaking to on the phone while they were here, Bernard, said that he couldn't tell me when someone will come back to finish it, and wouldn't book an appointment for it because he had potential customers in the store right then.
How about taking care of your existing customers?
