too bad I didnt read reviews first. I ordered and PAID bed, dresser, and chaise. Well, they took my money, charged my credit, delivered a bed that was not fully complete! Delivery drivers could only set up the bed partially because they said, the packers did not pack all the parts??? HUH?? Delivery guy said it would be no problem, he wrote on my receipt there was a problem, told me to call first thing in morning and they would have correct parts on truck delivery by next day afternoon. Next morning I called at 9am and rep was extremely rude. I asked for a manager which she said she would escalate call and have someone call me back. That never happened. Called again at 9pm and customer service rep said there was no record of my previous call. Said she would put in order to exchange the whole bed? WTH? I'm into my third day of LS having all my $$, and no bed to sleep on. SPoke to Kendall this morning at 9am, asked for a manager to call me back. If someone doesn't call me back I will be warning people not to buy from this store.
