  • First and foremost I need to say the doctor is a very pleasant man and was kind to me and professional. But If you pay for contacts/eyeglasses prescription here? They won't include an important PD measurement to order frames online....it should be included when you pay them $120 for a exam and PRESCRIPTION..... DUHHH!!!! Well after not having this PD to order online I came back in today to ask for it. They told me they couldn't do that for me. In a store that specializes in vision??? You mean to tell me you didn't have the common courtesy of taking out a device or a simple ruler to give me an accurate measurement? After I decided to pick your vision center? The taller desk girl wouldn't let me talk to the doctor.... do NOT come here for exams... I'm not the type of person to get upset much at all. I'm very passive, but this truly bothers me. I literally walked out of there after asking for it and they wouldn't give it to me most likely because I won't buy frames there. Oh! But if I decide to buy frames there you'll measure me, right? This is unacceptable. And I'll continue to warn friends, coworkers, and family about this low slimy scummy move. Until they put up a big sign upfront guaranteeing to include simple PD measurements with their $120 exams. Oh and by the way? Their contacts are overpriced. Look online for the same brands and you can save half your money. I decided to go to Pearl Vision 15 min later. They told me that was strange and wrong that they wouldn't do that for me 2 weeks after I took my exam there. Pearl Vision did my PD measurement for free in 20 SECONDS... I also noticed a much better QUALITY selection of eyeglasses there!!! Go look for yourself.
