  • A truly terrible Panera--badly understaffed. Orders are wrong a significant amount of the time. On the bright side, you may not GET any order, because I've stood at the registers for 5+ minutes being ignored, with nobody taking and orders at all. On multiple occasions. Twice I've just given up and left. Also they crank the A/C way too cold. Pro tip: save some money on the A/C and spend it to hire someone for the registers! If you want the stale, overpriced, small portions that only Panera can deliver, go to a Panera that has enough staff.
