My review of the Tropicana is speaking specifically to the staff. We booked through a 3rd party agency who screwed up our dates. We were very surprised to find our keys not working a day before we were set to leave and when talking with Chelsea at the desk, she figured it out. Apologized (and continued to even after discovering it wasn't their fault) and helped to rectify the situation and then some. We have sadly had an awful trip here in Las Vegas with one thing after another happening from before we boarded the plane but Chelsea at least was able to tackle this issue and every experience at the hotel has been pleasant. I had a lovely breakfast at Bacio (highly recommend the brioche French toast) and I've enjoyed multiple baths here bc even their standard tub is deeper than mine at home. Even though housekeeping had already passed us this morning, she asked us if we'd like our room done later and I said "sure!" I also left a note for extra towels (with a small tip) and we were definitely given extra towels! Thank you, Tropicana for being the best part of our Vegas adventure.
