I could give zero stars if I could. The original sender sent my package to the wrong address which is her fault. The next day, Purolator calls me and says I have a package sent to the wrong address. I thanked them and gave them the correct address. I spelled every street and postal code letter by letter. The lady seemed to be in a rush and hung up on me as soon as I gave her the address. The next day, I followed my tracking number and realized that there was a delivery attempt but no recipient was at the location which was impossible because 3 adults including myself were there. Called Purolator again and turned out that the new address was completely messed up and was not even close to my address. Gave them the correct address again, and told them that I will go to their warehouse to pickup the package in person. They said it's fine and I can do it. They gave me the address as in 1550 CreditStone Rd. Went there 2 hours later and I was told that the package is not there. I am still looking for the freaking package. Will give update later.
It's such a drag that a "Canadian owned and operated" business is such a mess. No wonder "Canadian owned" businesses that have a US counterpart go out of business one after another.
The staff at the location were friendly though. the mess is mostly rooted in the head office operation.
