  • Booked a flight in February 2017 for this Christmas, but American Airlines will not accept canceling my plane tickets as they told me that people are still flying there? Yes they are going there to bring back their family, there is no water or electricity and no place for us to stay. Will think twice before booking with them!! All I have gotten was the run around with JustFLY, and CSA insurance, they continue to tell you to call the other company and keep you in circle. They all are total Jokes, Like I reported do not buy travel insurance, not truthful work with your own insurance person! One Airline employee told me I should have known Hurricanes came to Puerto Rico, this was my fault?
