  • I had a very minor crack in my rear bumper, I called for an over the phone price quote and they absolutely refused stating "how do you know it's just the bumper and we need to see the car for color match" Okay I can understand with the color match. So I called back later to make an appointment and again I asked for an appointment for a price quote for a replacement bumper and the appointment lady told me they don't bother with the customer with price quotes and not to worry about it because it would all be billed through the insurance. I told her a claims adjuster already came and saw the car and wrote a check and she went on to say that that's just the starting number and that they add on all their extra charges and adjustments and asked why I would be looking for quotes. Honestly I'm really unimpressed. I called because we can purchase a bumper online and have a professional paint job for less then 1000$ and install ourselves. Her response seems dishonest and unethical. I'm glad I checked here before wasting anymore of my time. Almost every review the color doesn't match or the body work doesn't line up anyways.
