I have a small biz and was using AT&T for internet and phones, and they were out of service WAY too much! I'd go whole days without internet (my lifeline since all my clients are out-of-town!) and they'd tell me every day, "We should be back up by 8am tomorrow" and this would go on for days!!! I can't operate a biz like that! I went with TimeWarner's Small Biz service bundle, which costs less than what I was paying AND they also included my toll free number and all of its calls for no extra fee. I've never had a glitch in service in nearly 2 yrs now and every time I call for help on anything they are polite and thorough.
Sometimes, you take for granted how good a firm is. I had to call Comcast in the Charleston area on behalf of a client to check on getting a toll free number added to their phones. I was amazed at how poor their customer service was and how many people I was passed around to, especially compared to what I have with Timewarner.
Before I switched to Timewarner, I had a couple of folks tell me their customer service was bad and they had trouble with phones and internet staying operational. That must have been before I went with them because I've been extremely pleased, especially when I think of how much LESS I spend now compared to AT&T. I'm very happy with TW.
