rev:text	ABUSE and FRAUD: 250 N 7th Ave Phoenix, AZ WINDOW AGENT: Maria Chavez I went to the Downtown Phoenix office to get my social Security number for the First time and the person at the window was abusive tried to intimidate me with every question. These people are representatives of this country, an honest and fair land, none of that she reflected. I understand people have bad days, but she (Maria Chavez) went beyond her extremely bad/rude attitude, SHE DID NOT SUBMIT MY APPLICATION. I waited for a whole month for my social security card to arrive and when I called to ask about it, I was told that there was no process filed under my name. I did not miss any document, and I was not let known of any impediment nor denied anything on the spot. This has had very serious repercussions in my life, not only the humiliation she put me through but economically, I lost a potential job opportunity because of the lack of the SSN. I consider this FRAUD, these persons there only to submit your information NOT to make a decision whether you should or not have a SSN based on random factors (how much they hate their job or their lives, your skin color, accent, etc.). I do not have any ill will against this person, she has probably lived a life full of bad crap, otherwise she would not be so bitter, I just want to help people not go through the same, please stay away from her, and if any other person is treating you like you are a piece of crap, stop the process and request another person to help you.
