I had a fleeting and unproductive relationship with this place. I went in and had a pretty decent interview and met some of the agents -- so far, so good. I got a call about a week later with a somewhat crappy job that involved calling people and verifying appointments for $11/hour. I told them I wasn't interested, and the agent asked, "What don't you like about this job?" in an accusatory tone.
I did not receive any other viable offers from them, which makes me think turning their first offer down put a bad taste in their mouth. This is, I've heard, something that happens with staffing agencies: since they make money only when they fill positions, turning anything down will make you more likely to be ignored. Well, it came true.
