  • Without a doubt, this is the most horrific contractor experience I have ever had. Upon first observation, Paladin will come in with a lower bid than competitors. However, if you believe that you pay for what you get, their work reflects being the cheapest. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I had to track them down every step of the process to know the status of my roof because it took several days and they are still not finished (weeks later). The contract that was written by service guy (now fired) was not honored. I am giving them a period of time to rectify the situation and then maybe I will edit this review. However, based on this step in the process, I am deeply disappointed at their lack of honesty, integrity, and quality. Please please please do your research. I'll let you know how they honored their commitment and made the situation right.
